The Challenge
This was never going to be a normal remodel.
The fire damage was obvious before anyone walked inside. The project began with what was actually there, what could be saved, what had to be rebuilt, and what the house could become on the other side of it. These photos show the condition at the beginning of the 2021–2022 project.
The Result
The AFTER is dramatic because the BEFORE was real.
By the end, the house was a finished 2,880-square-foot home with six bedrooms and 3½ baths. The case study shows enough of the damage to establish the starting point, then lets the finished house speak for itself.

One exterior view sets the context. From there, the focus turns inside—to the entry, open living space, kitchen, bedrooms and baths.
