Zen Homes began with residential renovations and grew into a broader body of work spanning reconstruction, renovation, new construction, and project leadership. The common thread is equal attention to design, budget, sequencing, trades, materials, and the finished result.

Reconstruction
Major fire damage set the starting point. There was no quick fix. The reconstruction required sustained problem solving, coordination, and careful sequencing to reach a finished 2,880-square-foot home with six bedrooms and 3½ baths.

West Sharpe is a different kind of transformation. The work centers on proportion, finishes, materials, lighting, and the accumulation of small decisions that make a renovation feel intentional rather than pieced together.
New
Construction
The Roost adds ground-up construction to the portfolio: a detached garage with a finished studio apartment above, including a full kitchen, bath, custom details, and a carefully resolved compact plan.
